The Cronos-Energy Partner Program is a comprehensive program for Resellers (aka systems integrators, OEMs, and distributors), Energy Consultants, Utility Companies, and/or Self-Managed Customers. The program leverages the DTWISE Energy Analytics Cloud Platform which operates as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

 

The Benefits of a SaaS-based Solution have transformed multiple markets because they are affordable, scalable, flexible, and minimize IT involvement and investment.  By offering DTWISE Platform to your customers, you can ensure that you are delivering ongoing value with a solution that is ideal for integrating with customers’ existing environments, allowing them to leverage previous investments and giving them unprecedented, asset-level visibility into their energy consumption within and across sites.  

Cronos-Energy Partner Program

We offer 3 program levels, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (described below) to fit our partners’ business needs. Depending on the partner program that you choose, Cronos-Energy provides great benefits including training programs, specialized technical support, software development customizations, as well as generous financial incentives. As a partner, you will gain incremental recurring revenue while extending the portfolio of services you can offer to your customers.

Silver

This plan is for small to medium resellers with experience in EMS.  The plan fits smaller Energy Consultants. This plan could also fit Self Managed Customers (that want to be part of the Partner program).  These Partners have the personnel to use the WiseWatch applications once trained. They want limited training and basic support (with upgrades/bug fixes).  Fits partners that are looking to build new products based on data-driven decision making. Allows to upgrade to Gold ad-hoc for leveraging price discounts on several items if needed.

Gold

This plan is for well established large resellers with experience in EMS. The plan fits well established Energy Consultants and Utility Companies.  They have the personnel to use the WiseWatch and WiseSearch applications once trained. They want full training and support (with upgrades/bug fixes). They like to do basic White Labeling on the platform. They want a dedicated account manager and technical contact.  They will get basic support for new IoT devices and custom dashboards.  This should be the preferred plan

This plan fits partners with recurring customization and new product feature needs and enhanced support needs They want to influence the direction of the EMS cloud platform.
